These tasks involve designing or adjusting print-ready files.

Branding & Asset Maintenance

These tasks involve working with existing brand elements.

  • Logo Clean-up/Vectorization: Taking an older, low-resolution logo and re-drawing it as a scalable vector file (AI, EPS, SVG).

  • Color Variant Creation: Creating a logo in different color schemes (e.g., all white, all black) for specific uses.

  • Brand Guideline Documentation (Basic): Compiling a one-page sheet that defines the logo usage, primary colors (CMYK/RGB/HEX), and primary fonts.

  • PowerPoint/Presentation Templating: Designing a few master slides (e.g., title slide, content slide, thank you slide) based on the company brand.

Image & Document Editing

These are production-focused jobs.

  • Photo Background Removal: "Knocking out" the background of product photos to create a clean white or transparent image.

  • Image Retouching: Performing basic photo edits like color correction, cropping, and light retouching for marketing use.

  • Infographic Element Creation: Designing the individual charts, graphs, or visual elements for an infographic (with the data already provided).

  • Document Formatting: Taking a large block of text (e.g., a white paper or report) and formatting it into a clean, professional, and readable layout.

These tasks focus on maintaining your brand's online presence and engaging your audience.

  • Social Media Scheduling:

    • Scheduling pre-created content (text, images, video) across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X).

    • Monitoring mentions, comments, and direct messages (DMs) for immediate response/escalation.

    • Conducting basic hashtag and trend research for content ideas.

  • Content Support:

    • Uploading and formatting blog posts in the Content Management System (CMS) like WordPress.

    • Proofreading and editing written content (blogs, website copy, emails).

    • Conducting keyword research and basic SEO updates for content titles and descriptions.

  • Email Marketing:

    • Setting up email campaigns and newsletters using platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
